We had some problems with our plan and called in. The service and friendly welcome from Steven and his assistant was great. He sorted out our problem and we were on our way. Excellent friendly service. Thanks Steven.

Great little store, Jason was extremely helpful. Prices are better than or comparable to other stores like it in Bury or Thetford. Only down side was limited availability of stock on hand in store, although they can order it for you if you're willing to wait.
Absolutely love the phone I purchased through Three. I've had the service for 5 months Now and have been to the store multiple times. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and fast with out being rude. They always tend to be busy, but I have always received fast service. 5-10 minute is worth the time to receive their service.
