Lovely food and great service.... would definitely recommend!
I thought I’d stepped into an episode of Fawlty Towers. The restaurant manager had her own ideas about how service should be handled. We were short on time but after 30 minutes waiting we were told that we couldn’t order until our drinks had arrived otherwise ‘we might mess everything up’ the young staff were struggling as it didn’t look like they’d received any training. They didn’t even know how to serve between two customers. Please give them some guidance! The actual food tasted like any pub lunch anywhere. What a shame with such a lovely venue.
Linked to the hotel here. I had to stay there for a month for a work training course. Staff were great and the food was also fantastic. We didn't have to pay for the food as it was provided by the company so I cannot comment on the price etc. But I cannot fault how accomodating they were for us and I would happily go back here.
