Nice place, organized, clean and good parking space. My only gripe is that it's just expensive but I guess you pay for what you get. Another thing that you need to bear in mind is the turn going in, it's a bit sharp so your tires can hit the curb. Very organized going in and out. And it's the only one close to the hospital that has loads of parking spaces.
I pre booked and paid for my parking for 4 hours. Unfortunately the hospital visit was a lot longer than anticipated and knowingly and understandably I was charged for the extra time. Q-Park state that the extra time will be charged at the standard tariff but this is not for the total time of the stay, but for the extra time. The total amount I paid was over the 24 hours advertised tariff!! I emailed for a refund but they advised I was charged correctly. I cannot therefore see any benefit of pre booking for your stay as if you overstay, the total cost will be more than just driving in without pre-booking and it doesn't guarantee you a space either. I won't be doing that again!
Entry into this car park is really awkward. A very sharp left turn as you enter often means that reaching the ticket machine to obtain a ticket can be challenging. The car park itself is clean, but the surrounding area is horrendous. Parking charges are expensive. A shuttle bus is available to take patients up to the new hospital. For pedestrians, this walk to the new hospital is all uphill. This car park was positioned to serve the old Royal Liverpool Hospital now demolished and so is not in the correct location for elderly and infirm patients and visitors for the new Royal Hospital.
Clean, not far away from the New Royal Liverpool Hospital, a bit pricey. We had a problem with card machine, just needed to hold my card longer till the payment was confirmed.
Newly built hospital in Liverpool, but there is no parking for general public who are visiting. You have to use the local public car parks which are generally cheaper but a longer walk to the hospital
Plenty of space whenever we have visited. Clean and tidy; well looked after. Slow process when paying.
I would never park here again, and would like to advise anyone paying for this car park that your car is not parked safely. I live in the flats opposite and see everything. The stairwell is frequented by addicts, the top level is regularly used by kids for wheelie practice, regardless of whether cars are parked there or not. These kids regularly throw things at flat windows and set off the fire alarm. Only once have I actually seen a Q park member of staff try and take any action despite these minor crimes occurring weekly at a minimum. It's bizarre they can charge so much for so little service. Q park - if you read this, I am open to updating this review but please could your attendants pay attention to who enters the car park? I would suggest that groups of kids on their own with bikes and scooters are probably not legitimate customers.
Very good carpark. Spaces Are wide, but additionally each space is divided up by a wide bar around 500mm or about 16" so the next car to you has space and you can get out. It's not cheap but it's clean and well maintained. My old car isn't electric yet but it seems all charge points on Level 2 were tapped off when I was here in mid Feb 2024. It's quite close to the hospital but not in it, so you must walk up the hill. About 1/4 mile. The entrence to the carpark is a bit obscure, one you've been once it's clear. I'll put up a video of access. Overall it's a good carpark, well maintained and clean.
Good car park; more expensive than a few others in the area but I felt very safe leaving my car here for the week. CCTV, access only with a ticket, well lit and clean. Worth the money in my opinion.
