I visited the Q car park today for the first time, the location is great but the price is quite steep! I usually get the train to town but as I parked up at my local station, the train just pulled in so I missed it and I had a very important film appointment at L1 Odeon , so I decided to bite the bullet, drive into town and see how the City Centre car park treats me. I was in town for around 3 - 4 hours and the price was £13. The car park was nice, escalators were out of order but the car park was clean, felt secure and it wasn't difficult to find a space so thankfully I wasn't driving around for ages. The location is great and the lift took me out right into the middle of L1 by John Lewis which was great but the price was a bit much, I probably could've parked in the Albert Dock and saved a few quid with a bit more of a walk but it is what it is.
Perfect car park if you want to be bang in the middle of the city. Yes, it's expensive.. I paid about £12 for 3 hours. If you have a electric vehicle it's a bit tricky with the chargers. Firstly, you need an app, secondly there is barely any signal in the car park. Plus you need to know how the numbers on the chargers relate to the numbers in the app. It's not clear at all. Had to ask some kind other users there. For example if your charger is 184-2 as the pic, then on the app you have to select the 4*2 option in the app. Wish they would make it clearer and ways to use.. You also need to add your cc details to the app.
Clean and feels safe. Space to go around but tight between cars when parked e.g. kids need to jump out of the car before parking the car.
THIS is "supposed" to be the classy car park in Liverpool, you certainly pay upscale prices to park here, but as you can see from the pictures, this place is disgusting! Dirty nappies strewn across the floors, discarded food containers and cans and the toilets are never open. Vending machines look like they've been broken into and it's been like that for months.
Less than £20 for the day. Easy access. Very clean and safe environment. We parked here for a Beatles bus tour. Walking distance from the docks area. Would use it again. Elevator access. Plenty of spots. Pay stations before you exit.
Good location and nice and bright. But cost is obscene. Also had many issues with exit barrier not recognising that we’d paid.
Expensive premium parking without the premium experience. Paying monthly for the convenience but regularly encountering broken escalators and lifts, kids playing in the car park without supervision or being moved on, and some entrances have had their late-night access broken for months without repair. It was and could be a nice premium car park if they maintained the facilities properly!
Absolutely awful car park. The one star is purely for the fact that the parking bays are wide and that suits me fine. £16 it cost us to park! No discount for blue badge holders like us? And signs are just few and far between here, good luck in trying to get out it’ll take you a couple of months, and why aren’t there more pay stations close to where you park? We were on level one and I could only see one, but again, no signs to direct you where the pay stations were. It was a good five minute walk to it. I mean, we only parked here because we were close to the Isle of Man ferry terminal. Normally I would take the train to Liverpool. Won’t be coming back here if I can help it.
ABSOLUTE HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE! parked there and when we came back and tried to tapped our card to pay it kept on sayin aborted and so we pressed the help button and a worker spoke and told us to go towards the exit and pay there, so we went there and tried to pay the same issue happend and so we pressed the assistance button again and instead of helping us pay it just opened the gate for us to go and took our ticket! So NOW I HAVE TO PROPABLY PAY FOR A TICKET WHICH WASNT MY FAULT! I tried to call the customer service number at least 5 times! But they didnt reply once just no answer! Im really frustrated and i wanna know how u can help me with this
Easy parking we pre pay on the app so as soon as we drove in the barriers opened as it recognised our reg then the same coming off it just billed our card attached to the account
