Hugely expensive. But handy in bad weather !
Easy to find. Two minutes away from the passport office. Easy ways to pay cash or contact less

Little out of the way on the edge of the city near the waterside but nice a cheap all day at £4.50 on the weekends... fairly quiet so iv always found a space

Good access for.liverpool city centre a d easy to get back to the tunnel. Car park has shrunk in size quite a bit due to new development.
Less than two hours parked and charged £8! Daylight robbery! Don't park here in the week and avoid these disgusting charges. As visitors to the city, we feel absolutely ripped off and it hasn't left a good impression. Shame on you NCP. Money grabbing at it's finest.
Open air car park, always full. Exiting is not a great experience unless you enjoy waiting in a massive queue.
