I have been using the car park for a couple of months, visiting a relative in hospital. I have been lucky enough to have weekly tickets signed off by the ward, but not always been able to find the right person to sign them. Chris has been very helpful in advising what to do and I have also heard him giving helpful advice to others.nAlways cheerful, polite and sensitively enquires about the welfare of the patient I have been visiting. I have very much appreciated a friendly face, in a stressful situation. Thank you.
Many thanks to the two Q-Park staff for their assistance the other day in the Blue Badge car park. They were helpful to me when I needed to drop my partner off with her wheelchair when the Blue Badge car park was full. Very much appreciated.
Absolute rip off at the misery of poorly people and their loved ones. My daughter self harmed and due to the ridiculous wait in A&E spent 7 hours and still not seen, had to leave to take my young son to childminder, had to pay for 24 hrs, when I returned an hour & a half later, I asked if I’d be required to pay again considering I was in the 24 hours I’d already paid £17!!!!! Apparently it’s per visit or per 24hrs. Heartless, money grabbing, zero compassion and anything over 4 hours counts as 24hrs, really??? Just vultures who are making money off your misfortune. Sorry I couldn’t give you a zero!
My daughter and I had a particularly frustrating experience today, trying to get parked for an appointment at the hospital. We ended up in the Q-Park offices, frazzled and exasperated. The manager, Debby, however, was so kind and accommodating. She went way above and beyond to help us and restored my sanity. I would like to thank her and her team for turning such an unpleasant experience into a positive one. Thank you so much
Fantastic staff. Car parking horrendously expensive and pure rip off. 4 hours was £17.nI hope this is invested in the staff and if so it's a bargain. Thank you so much for your care of my mum. J
