Well the A and E eye lady doctors were fantastic. They removed a splinter of steel from my eye ball. Excellent service and extremely professional. Then the eye clinic doctor was very patient as he cleaned my eye ball. Not an experience I would like to do again but the staff were very helpful. Many thanks.

Good use of automatically opening doors, hand sanitizer at most doorways, well sign posted and hospital maps throughout. Efficient staff, customer focused while still keeping patient through put. Well done to the staff for creating a friendly efficient hospital

Wife gave birth to our second at the hospital last week. Staff were brilliant, facilities were decent and complications s were handled with professionalism. Only complaint is the car park cost! As the husband, I was coming and going a lot to get pillows and do things for other first child. Some sort of purchasable pass would be good, so you can make little trips out as required without starting the parking charges again.

First time i had to stay in 4/7/17 i was in bad pain and felt ill and sleepy! 5/7/17 had my mri scan 3 hours later i got told my operation is in 30 minutes! Scary but they supported me i was also on drip due to dehydration. Went home 6/7/17 And then finally my last operation 3/11/17 was amazing didnt take me long to get out! Ever since im healthy and pain free. Thanks to all the staff and also surgery team! Im greatful for everything you guys did for me.

Been at Grace Center twice and both times I felt that I was in such good hands. Lovely staff who was very friendly, very professional and just made me feel comfortable and relaxed.
