The car park I'm reviewing is not listed in your choices it's Hayle hospital in Cornwall, your machine had developed a fault and Peter your attendant offered to get people's ticket from an alternative machine to save them from walking that distance, he was so respectful, and concerned for everyone effected and apologies given to each customer on behalf of your company. What a great employee, a reward for such levels of care would be justified in my opinion, as I waited for my charge to return from treatment I observed his dedication over several hours. Once again his name was Peter, with the machine repaired he went off to carry out his duties elsewhere. A lasting impression of quality remains with me. Thanks.

Truro traffic is chaos presently but having paid for a 24 hour ticket at this car park (27th sept 17), and then because it took over half an hour to leave, the exit machine required a further payment before I could get into the traffic. My payment would have covered me until the next morning, so the systems here need to be completely changed as I know I was not the only victim that day. How much extra income is this machine generating due to the systems not recognising entry and exit times and the session paid for? Unfortunately I cannot award no stars!!!!!
