Absolutely fantastic service. Brought a Corsa for my partner from Q Cars at the weekend and am so pleased with the car and the service we received. From the initial inquiry right through to collection they have been friendly, helpful and gone out of their way to provide a great service. I live about 75 miles away so was ringing and emailing a lot with questions and queries and they were always answered helpfully and promptly and they were a real friendly team. The car was a great price and they did me a great and hassle free deal. The car was presented immaculately and the handover process was great. Overall I would rate them 5 stars and would thoroughly recommend them. I'm looking to change my car and despite the distance will certainly be checking there stock as I can not fault the service.
The problem with buying a used car is that sometimes, it comes with small problems and you have to expect the odd issue. I've seen some negative reviews for this dealer and I believe that the buyers have been unreasonable. I bought a Volvo V50 from these nice chaps just over a year ago and I have been very happy with it. I have had 4 new tyres and a couple of the usual minor niggles but overall, the car is great. I would also like to add that the sales person that we dealt with was nothing but professional, friendly and very helpful. I will be buying from them again. A+
If I could give more stars I would! I'd have no hesitation in recommending these guys to everyone and will definitely be back. No pressure, no pushy sales tactics, all very relaxed I was treated as a friend as opposed to a customer, proper nice guy Dave is. Cars are very well priced and equally as well prepared. Clean, tidy, shining all in all very well presented. Everyone nowadays turn to the internet to see reviews especially when buying a car, the problem is people are generally all to quick to write a bad review when things go wrong and don't take the time when things go well. The service I received deserves the time it take to share my experience. Don't hang about get down there, get a great deal and great service.
At long last, a company that are not only passionate about the care of their cars but also the genuine care of their customer. Nothing was too much trouble for them to ensure that my 'tick list' was met I need certain specifications for my health, they went above and beyond ensuring everything was in good order. They gave time and no hard pressure to sell. A rare find in this field and a company I would not hesitate in recommending or returning, excellent service
I live and work abroad. I needed to buy my daughter a car. The vehicle i found on AutoTrader was being sold by Q-Cars Online Ltd. When i rang Wales to inquire, Mr. Bobby Jones was very helpful. Since i hadn't seen the car personally, he talked me through a walk around just to make sure everything was OK, and it was. Their price was already very competitive, but they still agreed to deliver to Dunstable for free, a journey over 250miles. They had completed all the paperwork, and delivered the vehicle within 30mins of their estimated time. They said they wanted to make me into a long-term customer, and with the quality of service, understanding, cooperation and a good deal to boot - I'm happy to say they will be my first point of call in the future too. A big shout out to Mr. Bobby Jones and Mr.Wayne. Keep it up guys, well done !!
We needed to update our ageing car and found carsonline on AutoTrader. They are the most helpful and friendly bunch of Carsales people I have ever dealt with. Great value. We were lucky enough to have Dave show us the vehicles and may have even converted him to supporting a better team. They will definitely be our first choice in the future.
Bought a small car from the company and the service and warranty was excellent. Minor repairs were needed on the car upon purchase but I was provided with a courtesy car. repairs were fixed, all free of charge as it was within the 3 month warranty. Hassle free and very polite and helpful service
When i bought the car it had stone chips in the screen & salesman 'dave' supposedly the manager haha promised to get them sorted out or a new screen whichever it needed. After only just getting it looked at & repaired 3 months after purchase!if you can call it that. It turns out it does need a new screen. Upon calling Dave he denies ever promising a new screen. Take my advice people don't deal with Dodgey Dave & get it in writing.
I went to view a car... They were there one minute, then disappeared, then tried selling vans, again disappeared. Lo and behold the cars returned again for a go and they've disappeared again. So glad I didn't go for anything, I hate to think how the warranties work. Sorry definitely not for me.
