I initially went in to have a look, however whilst looking at a few cars Shaun came over and offered the keys and showed me a couple and offered me a test drive. I test drove 2 different cars and he had no problem getting them out and was so helpful. I was really pleased as had visited the Dacia garage along from there before and the sales guy was not interested and to meet someone at Vauxhall so helpful made the experience much better! I purchased my car and collected on the Monday, really smooth and excellent service! I would highly recommend Hutchings to anyone looking for a new car

I came here to have some work done on my car as I had a recall with the customer service program. I generally don’t like sitting around waiting in car garages and the last time was a really unpleasant experience. Bad customer service is so unavoidable and has such an impact that I was feeling slightly apprehensive as I had never been to this garage before! I came at 810 as agreed I was welcomed with a smile at the welcome desk I was referred to a lady who would be dealing with my car she was kind, positive and pleasant. I waited for what seemed like 10mins and my car was ready. I will be using this garage in future for all my MOT and servicing!

Recently bought a car here, great service and all staff were very helpful and happy to help throughout. Phil was a great help in buying a new car, and made the process easy and quick, the car was spotless when picked up.

If your buying a brand new car which we have done before. They can't do enough...we then made the bad choice of buying a 2nd car as well. Nothing but problems. 3 weeks after purchase soaking wet floor when it rained. Took it in for repair. 4 weeks later more heavy rain same happened!!.....took it back. Promised it would be ready for weekend we were due to go away with it to tow our van. Went there still not ready but said we can take it but will have to use without carpets as they were still being dried. Had to cancel our trip. Never ending issues with the car since a year ago. Can't change it due to finance outstanding. Vauxhall insignia. #ripped off truly

Good selection of cars here at decent prices with only one downside and that's the staff members, they walked out and asked if I was okay then just walked off. I think they are scared of the cold because when I was leaving there were four of them watching from the other side of the window all cwtched up to their coffee.
