Hello! Yes, I would like to give a review of my experience at the Hyundai Centre, Hutchings, Pontypridd. My car was booked in for a service and from the minute I entered the building, I felt at ease. I must say, however, I have always felt like that each time I have been at Hutchings. Everywhere looks spanking clean and new. The gentleman who received me, Adrian, and the gentleman who dealt with the end business, Gerrad, Gerard? were so efficient and smart yet friendly and helpful. They made me feel special and I know I shall be going there for my car service every year. My car also had a wash and brush up and it looks beautiful. Recently had my i10 serviced with them. Very efficient, very friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and the staff can't do enough. The staff at their reception (Anna and her colleague) were then best I have had the opportunity to meet in any dealers! Even those staff who walk past you acknowledge you...I know a rare thing in a dealership right!! I would use them again and without a doubt!

Just purchased a Hyundai Santa Fe from Hutchings and am more than happy with it. The service I received from Rob Olsen was great from the day we looked at the car through to the hand over when we picked it up all my questions and quires answered. I would certainly recommend this garage to friends and family.

Fantastic. Highly recommended. From sales to after sales. Non biased and very helpful. Non pushy salesman and the service manager was always on hand after and helped me with the problems I had. If you're looking for a Hyundai I'd go here.

Considering I paid over £1000 for the work done on the car garage didn't even valet it as other main dealers do after work has been carried out. Plus I still feel that this work should have been covered by the warranty
