Friendly, efficient reception staff. Teresa made my first visit to Griffin Mill very pleasant. Nikki was also very friendly and helpful. Car was returned to me clean and half an hour earlier than expected. Overall, very pleased with the service. Well done all. Thank you.

Not sure if I'm just unlucky, but possibly the worst business I've ever dealt with. Would call the number on the Fiat website, spend 5 minutes giving all my details to book a service only to be told they worked in Nissan or Peugeot (yes it happened more than once). After speaking to these people they tried to transfer me once, which cut me off. Other times promised I'd be called back (managed that 1 out of the 4 times), had to wait over a month from booking to the actual service. Im looking at their reviews and most are good, but I think after 8-9 calls and well over an hour on the phone I've not had any actual customer service. Cancelled it in the end and went with another dealer (who booked it in for 2 days later?! Bit quicker!).

Staff are helpful and polite. Prompt service and very good standards of work on vehicles. Getting there can be a little tricky up the hill but worthwhile! They service/repair motobility vehicles which was the reason for the visit, and the difference was clear as soon as driving began! Much better than Lookers in Cardiff and they clearly do there work to high standards at Peugeot Griffin Mill!! Happy 😊
