Fantastic instructors at xs taekwondo, they have a great attitude and ethos. They make every lesson a pleasure to attend.

I am 48 and have been attending XS Taekwondo classes for just under 2 years now. I was not very fit when I started but over time i have seen a hugh transformation in my fitness levels as well as body shape & the classes are quite challenging but loads of fun. 

I would highly recommend XS Taekwondo to anyone who is wanting to learn some self defense as well as general fitness.
