Poor service expected better had great experience in here when I came to shop for my wife during November. Asked for manager and different manager approached me very rude so asked for Asian manager who has been great but was told he not with company no more. Also please offer alternatives resulted in going to size and purchased for wife.

I assumed that as a puma store they would have a certain shoe, but apparently the type of shoe wasn't sold here (doesn't that kind of defeat the purpose of having an actual branded store - to not have items listed on their website ((uk website, UK store)). Also not impressed by the employee at the door saying "we close in 2 minutes" when the store is listed as being open for a further 15 minutes from when I arrived. Underwhelming, and disappointed. I'd specifically made a trip to the store as I can't get the items I was after where I live. My suggestion to other potential customers: call ahead to double check if they stock what you're after, and go with at least 20 minutes before their stated closing time. My suggestion to Puma: Make it known what's available at each store. State when you close, and stick by the time. If you close at x time don't have staff say you close 15 minutes earlier.

Historically had bad experiences in here but my last 4 visits in 2 months have been amazing. SERVICE IS SPOT ON. PRODUCT RANGE GOOD ALTHOUGH SIZE I WANTED SOLD OUT. I HAD AN ISSUE WITH A RETURN AND THE MANAGER WAS SO PROFESSIONAL AND GOOD ASIAN DUDE WITH BEARD! I LEFT VERY SATISFIED DUE TO HIM AND HIS TEAM. I WILL BE BACK. Will reccommend to friends and family if it always is going to be like this.

Very Disappointed to say the least. Historically had bad experiences but since we had the new manager Sheraz my family have had the best service experience ever and now i find out he is not their anymore.! BAD MOVE PUMA

Great service. Even had the t-shirt I bought out from the back, fresh. I didn't even know I was served by the manager himself until I went to pay, he was very helpful. Lovely experience, I think I will be returning soon.
