Despite all the negative reviews, I thought I would give them a chance since it's a new year and nope they still have last years habits. I called them to find out a general price guide to cut keys and they said they don't know and before I was finished they said 'bye'. I managed to get all the answers I needed from 'Tool Shop Locksmith' and I will be leaving them good feedback :)

This guy is ridiculous ! I took my boots and i asked for sole and heel repair he said 25 pounds. Next day i took them and i saw that he had changed only the top part of the sole and the heel and when i asked him why he didn't change the whole sole he said i never asked for the whole sole and this would cost me more. Of course i refused . Im sorry that i went there and wasted 25 pounds. I don't find 35-40 pounds a reasonable price for sole and heel tbh. I went there only for convenience as it was next to my office but as it was proved it was a rubbish service.

Owner is really nice, however he is never at the shop anymore, it's a shame, as the young guy in there is extremely rude and never smiles, which really does not make you want to come back. Service is of good quality however quite expensive as I paid 40 pounds for new soles for my boots.
