Very poor customer service in this branch. I went there today and I asked a shop assistant if she could check if they had a jacket in the size I wanted but she couldn't be bothered to do it as she told me that if I couldn't see it exposed, then they didn't have it. I then asked for a refund of the jacket I had with me (a size too big for me) a different shop assistant was called and despite the fact that I had placed the Hobbs bag containing the jacket right in front of her she asked me where the jacket was. Appalling customer service. I won't go back there.

Went twice to ask them to order a coat from a different store because they didn't have my size. First time they said they will order...never did. Second time they said to call myself. 0 service
