To sum up the customer services team at Kurt Geiger in 2 words- Incompetent morons. Firstly, I wanted to buy a handbag as a gift from an Outlet Store quite a distance from where I live, but the 2 bags in stock were damaged. I was told that I could have this ordered to my home address free of charge, and was specifically told I could return the item by post if the gift was unwanted by the recipient. I sent the item back a few days after receiving it, and was met by a series of ridiculous e-mails. First e-mail stated that I had paid by cash, therefore could not receive a refund and instead the bag would be sent back to me. I informed the customer advisor that I had actually paid by credit card, not by cash. After several chase up e-mails, the second e-mail I received stated that my previous messages had ended up in the spam folder, and then requested the order number even though this was included inside the parcel I had returned. I sent a reply with the information requested. And then silence!! I have tried calling several times to be told that the advisor- Phoebe- was unavailable at the present time and would call me back. What a joke! No call back received, no refund, and no bag. On another note, I placed an online order a few days after I had placed this order in the store £140 shoes and £99 backpack. Had I known at the time that Kurt Geiger was such a terrible company to deal with, I would have thought twice before placing any such order. I kept the shoes from this online order, but the bag was returned. I have the proof of postage receipt, and also the tracking number XC041567440GB which proves receipt of delivery on 01/06/2017. It is now 02/07/2017, A WHOLE MONTH HAS PASSED, and no sign of my refund. Kurt Geiger are a bunch of thieves, and I now have no choice but to contact my credit card company to rectify this situation. I hope after somebody at Kurt Geiger sees this review, I can finally get my promised call back with an apology and a thorough explanation!!!!!
Please do not order from Kurt Geiger. I have not received my order and they keep giving excuses that Hermes have lost the goods and KG will not process a refund. Customer services is a waste of time and the phone number is not working so I cannot speak to anyone. Does anyone know if KG are in trouble? Why would they take your money and not deliver the goods and refuse to process a refund? What has happened to KG?
Placed my order online and received part of it two days later . 6 days later I contacted Kurt Geiger to enquire about the rest of the order only to be informed that it had been cancelled 3 days prior without any notification to myself. I was informed I could reorder online in another size and pay for additional delivery costs. The customer service representative did not appear to have the ability or desire to help me in anyway. A number of unsatisfactory emails were exchanged in which I was informed there was no way they could help me or rectify the situation. There was no justification as to why I was not informed of the order cancellation or why it is acceptable that I the customer bare the financial burden of the company’s error. I then contacted customer service by phone which was an even bigger disaster. The gentleman offered a discount code to compensate for the inconvenience an additional delivery charges and then said he had no codes left to offer me. A horrendous customer experience that went from bad to worse to diabolical. Company appears to have no interest in providing any type of customer service. Wish I had read the reviews before shopping with them. A mistake I definitely won't make again.
If you care about your purse stay away from KG! Terrible customer service. I purchased an item online, returned it the next day via Hermes KG's courier of choice. This was on the 15th of January. I am still waiting for a refund because Hermes has not delivered the item back to KG. Despite providing KG with pictures front and back of the Hermes drop off receipt, including the tracking number, and a screen shot of the tracking information, which shows the item was dropped off and return postcode = KG's, KG will not refund until they actually receive the item. How is it my the customer's fault that Hermes, KG's courier of choice not mine!, has lost the parcel? Completely unacceptable.
My experience has to be the worst experience I have received from a high profile company, leader in high street and designer footwear. That they maybe but not in their customer service. I have been waiting now since 26th June to get 3 pairs of shoes delivered to me, I live a few miles from the warehouse but yet it has been an impossible task. I have found that the Customer Services, Customer Care and Head Office all need retraining on their Customer Service Skills, not one of these departments understands the term. I am appalled at the lack of communication, follow up and resolution even though I have given them several opportunities now to resolve this situation and given several suggestions in how to do so, I am still waiting for a return phone call from a Manager since Monday 4th July at 11am. Since then I can see that every other company like House of Fraser, Debenhams and John Lewis have reduced the price of these shoes and my money and energy is still tide up with Kurt Geiger. I do have to ask myself how long does it take to contact a customer when you have their money and the product for almost 3 weeks I have had no product. This is the new 3-4 days delivery that I paid for.
This company have no care for the customers. I was offered a first online purchase discount if I signed up for their newsletter but they hide the terms and conditions for this offer in their FAQ section so you sign up but find out it has restrictions attached. I consider this to be deceitful. I only found this out after being placed in a hold queue for over 45 minutes which is also proof that they have no regard for their customers. I asked to speak to a manager aboiut these issues and was told no manager could speak to me as they were dealing with a heavy flow of enquiries which again is more proof that their business module is faulty. I will never purchase anything again from this disgraceful company
Poor customer service connected to Indonesia at one point. Paid £125 for shoes and returned them didn't get my refund started being asked to provide proof of postage lost a lot of money ongoing with trading standards. Spoken to 3 different cus service advisors
Without doubt one of the worse customer service experiences EVER. Bought pair of shoes plus another pair of same model for a pal. Both pairs had a heel fall of within six months of light wear. Have emailed twice and tweeted three times and heard nothing back. FAIL.

Staff at head office are less than helpful. After several weeks and chase emails I’m still waiting for a refund. Don’t bother using the next day delivery service as your order won’t arrive until the following week. They won’t accept responsibility or offer any apology. I will avoid in the future.
