The communication within this dentist is appalling. Having a root canal which has taken months to sort and still not finished. Appointment cancelled with another one not being able to be booked for another month or so, within this time a infection occurred and rang up a few times but could not fit me in. (I was in pain) Was running 5 min late for a appointment and rang 3 times but no answer upon turning up the dentist was rude about my lateness as if I was a child. I did explain I tried to call. In the end the dentist said they didn't feel comfortable treating me as my infection was bad and to try another dentist. Absolute waste of time, rude staff when you finally get through, reception not helpful. Do not come here, go anywhere but here!

Similar to the previous review, I also had received a satisfactory service here until today. After visiting last week and being told that the filling they had fitted 6 months previously was loose they agreed to replace it free of charge but I would have to return. The following day the filling fell out presumably due to the dentist prodding and poking. When I called to mention this and ask if the now exposed tooth would be ok I was told that nobody would look at it to tell me because the dentist who I had seen two days previously had now left and I would have to pay for someone else to look at it. I mentioned I didn't think this was fair since surely the practice would take responsibility collectively but was told that this was not the case and that no-one else at the practice would consider it and that it was company practice. Basically it's my problem. Not very pleased with that as customer service.

Moved locally and pass this practice daily - had given it 5 stars until my 2nd visit with a very painful abscess. After no relief on an emergency visit have been waiting 20 days for simple treatment following a further 2 visits. Staff / Dentists continually changing. Communication never responded to. And I should have become suspicious after seeing a glowing 5 star review left by someone called " I. Grin" which seems to have since been removed one assumes following a complaint. I still await my next course of treatment and will update this review subject to how this goes at which point I'll also be reviewing who to have as a dentist... Not impressed.

Tried to phone to check appointment 6 times and left a message. No reply. The week before I had my appointment changed on the day of the appointment. I went down to check the time of the appointment turned I was 50 minutes late for the appointment when I got there. Paid for the missed appointment thank you very much. Had someone answered the phone or got back to me I would not have miss the appointment. I was flexible with them the week before, they were not flexible with me.
