As someone who avoided the dentist for just over 10 years, it was about time I finally went. The team here are amazing, really put me at ease. I need a small amount of work doing but the options they have to undergo the work has basically removed my anxiety of the dentist! Really happy!

2 Cancelled appointments on the day, 1 appointment cancelled within an hour of it, 2 appointments kept, however dentist was sharing patients on that day due to sickness, 5 minutes in the chair, full price to pay. Desk Assistant wrote appointment as 16.15, was meant to be 15.15, however was extremely rude and arrogant when asked if appointment could be re-booked. Original Dentist left after pregnancy was fantastic, as was the desk assistant Fern. Have moved to new dental practice, service amazing in comparison.

This was my third visit to Calum and his wonderful staff. I had first visited the practice as I was a nervous dental patient,and had used other dentists with traditional methods that I found uncomfortable. Immediately after meeting Calum,he made me feel at ease,and the layout of the surgery and support staff help greatly as well. This means that when a future dental Issue occurs,it will not be a problem for me,in fact,such is my confidence in them I might even undergo treatment in the Traditional methods. It was a pleasure to work along side the team at No Fear last week. As a agency nurse who helps cover staff shortages in the Bath area, it was with ease that I was able to carry out my duties in a very well COVID controlled environment. A very safe work environment that must be congratulated. Thanks to you all.

Friendly reception staff & dentist mine is Stephanie & the hygienist is also friendly 5 treatment here.
