I enquired about a cosmetic procedure over the telephone and booked an initial consultation appointment. At the time of booking, the receptionist advised I would receive some information through the post. Unfortunately this never arrived. I decided against having the treatment done and advised the surgery via their website. At the same time I also politely informed them that the information they promised was never received. I never received any response at all. No response to confirm cancellation of the appointment or no apology for the lack of information sent.  As a potential brand new, paying patient I feel this was a bad mistake on their part. I appreciate I no longer require the information as the appointment was cancelled by myself, but I did feel a response including something along the lines of  ‘sorry you’ve cancelled your appointment and apologies for not sending the information as promised’ would have been the most courteous thing to do. Poor customer service is not something I’d willingly pay for, particularly when there are of plenty of other private dentists to consider using. I did not receive the best first impression from Bath Spa Dentistry and won’t be contacting them again.

I've been to a few very good dentists over the years but Dermot McNulty is excellent. He did a fantastic job restoring a very badly broken tooth which had a cavity almost down to the nerve and I felt no pain. Very friendly staff as well.

This is a wonderful dental practice in central Bath. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I am very happy with my extensive dental work done so expertly by Sandra – she is a perfectionist and I can now smile with pride. Sandra is also a very calming influence if you are a bit nervous of going to the dentist! I am so happy with the results and would highly recommend the practice for any dental procedures. Thank you Sandra!

My visits to Bath Spa Dentistry are always something to look forward to. This is because it begins as I enter, with a friendly reception  -  which puts me in a relaxed frame of mind, before any work begins. Jason - who handles my somewhat unusual one off brace fitting is with his assistant both efficient and calm during procedures. He also makes time for a brief chat or joke - making the time spent in the chair fly by.
To sum it all up, I trust the high quality professional skill sets that the staff offer, and at the same time admire their people friendly methods used.

Technic is OK but I have doubts about communication and service. Not very happy for the poor service for a lot of money.
