nnI honestly can’t thank Dr Mary Kitsikoudi enough for the care and dedication she’s shown. She has literally saved my teeth and helped me restore my smile with such skill, kindness, and patience. I’m really happy with the care I’ve received here. Dr Ioannis Birlirakis has always made me feel so comfortable and he’s taken such good care of my dental health. His technician Oliver is also fantastic. Really professional and kind, great service!
I had a bad experience. I was asked to arrive 1 hour early for my appointment on the day of the appointment. I accepted and said I would try and get there on time. When I arrived there was no parking so arrived into the building 5 minutes later than the rearranged time. I was told by the receptionist that the dentist might not see me as I was late. The receptionist was very rude.nThe dentist did see me, felt like he hardly looked in my mouth. Then charged £60 for the privilege.nSince I have had constant text messages and emails saying I am due an appointment.nI will not be returning.
I use to have a Maryland Bridge ,was everything perfect for 6 years but for some reason i supposed to have a new one .nWhen the new one comes was more white than what i chose , my dentist want to glue but not on line with the other ones saying, the lab made it to be in a diferent position and they don't makethem to look good after some discussion she glue the teeth on line with the other ones without any prep ,but the problem was even bigger after after , I couldn't bite normal anymore was trying to convinceme is normal .nI went home and i supposed to come next day to decide what to do .nAfter 3 hours i bite a sandwich and my new Maryland Bridge fell off.nNext day when i went back my dentist was waiting me with the manager and i been told ,i can accept the Maryland Bridge with all those problem or if not i can go on private, caz they can't do nothing. The dentist she don't even try to do something only put the glu .nSo i went home without my Maryland bridge after i was waited 2 months and they don't even bother to clean the glue residue from the other teeth .
I always go to see Bernice the higenist she does such an amazing job. I've been to a few higenist in the past but they don't beat her that's why I always go back and her assistants great to they both make you feel very welcome five
