They have more patients than they can cope with. You discover this only after you sign up for treatment. For instance, 8 January my morning hygienist appointment was cancelled by them at short notice. OK sometimes happens. The next morning appointment they could offer was 6 weeks from then.  It's that sort of place.

This practice really is Excellent. All of the staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the dentists and hygienists are fantastic.

We went for an emergency due to tooth pain.
We had the best customer service ever the biggest help that we could receive. Ladies that were working in reception did all the best they could to find us a dentist just because they had none available at that time. 
We really appreciate Your work and Your help that You gaved to us.

First class service from Bath Dental Excellence. I cannot recommend this company highly enough, they are truly fantastic. I have been to other dentists in the past but the service I recevied here is second to none, thank you to the friendly welcoming staff.
