Could cafe ,not fresh cakes, I asked for sugar and the lady shoved me with a dirty spoon already used several times. The whole dirty sugar to be used by the same spoon

Do disappointed this morning. Bought 2 croissants to take to work. When I got them out of the bag they were so dry that they are either yesterdays or they've been kept in a fridge. Croissants are meant to be soft and buttery with a crisp outer crust. I could use these as door stops . Horrible.
