I wouldn't trust Prosearch to complete any transaction on my behalf - let alone anything involving money, share certificates, address registration or anything similar. They have contacted me on two separate occassions claiming Equiniti do not have my current address - despite the fact I regularly recieve direct mail & correspondence from them.
This company preyed on my elderly mother persuading her to use their services to recoup £495 of missing dividend cheques and charged her £1,300 for privilege of using their services and then selling her shares to pay their fees. They are a complete "rip off" preying on elderly people who don't understand what they are signing.
The worst of the agency that their flat advertisement"always" missing some important information. Just waiting time to looking for flat via this company.
This company exploited my dying father and elderly mother taking nearly £2000 for "recovering" Shell shares and dvidends that they had forgotten to cash. Scum
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Their admin fee ended up being more than they recovered. Now nobody answers the phone.
This Company charged me £1,049.39 Admin fee and are refusing to take my call
Extremely helpful; polite and professional.
