We were first time buyers with the first property falling through and 2nd one going through just before the interest rates soared which Carl worked extra to get the application through the day before. We also used another broker for a few weeks but didn’t find him helpful so switched to Carl. He answered our constant questions really quickly and we appreciated that he answered all of them in the email, not just 1 or 2 of them like the broker before. Easy to get hold of and helpful advice as it was all new to us. Would definitely recommend.
