Dying to know workshop. An excellent presentation of a difficult subject of the death and it's many processes, Richard worked through the legal stuff in an orderly fashion, taking questions and not faltering at them. Complete answers and lots of sound information. Looking forward to the next practical workshop where we can share the day again. Supporting booklet with lots of links to the appropriate sources.
Dying To Know Workshop Richard’s presentation was clear, no holds barred and honest and he answered all questions very thoroughly and obviously has a very thorough knowledge of all aspects of the subjects covered . I thought the morning was particularly excellent regarding the rehearsal and the questions raised by the audience were all interesting and relevant.
Richard helped us with our Inheritance Tax and Probate applications. His knowledge and experience helped us through the process. Unfortunately both applications proved to be very slow but only because of frustrating errors made by HMRC and Probate. The knowledge and support Richard provided through the process was reassuring and supportive.
Fantastic service! Personal touch Responsive Thoroughly recommend! My mother died this year leaving a pile of papers and Richard managed to sort out the administration and the legal papers in a few weeks. Thank you.
I am very happy with the service I received from Richard Smith of The Finance Zone, who recently produced new Wills for myself and my wife. He spent a lot of time with us at our home going through our requirements and explaining how best to protect each other and our families. He addressed all our questions and was able to give us clear and concise answers without baffling us with legal terminology. Once finalised, the Wills were presented very nicely. They were sent to us for signature and witnessing, together with guidance notes to assist us. We found Richard's fee for our meeting and dealing with subsequent queries we raised with him to be extremely reasonable for the time spent and the work that he did. We would recommend him to anyone wishing to draw up a new Will.
Pre retierment help. Retirement for most people is a big step for anyone. Web sites give you infomation but I found it more rewarding to speak to someone face to face. Thank you for putting my mind at rest
