Always a long wait to be seen by a cashier, self service deposits machine's are almost out of action on monday mornings or at least one of them, "Shouldn't the managers get there early enough on Mondays to organise everything after weekend, VERY POOR SERVICE AT CRAWLEY BRANCH , as its the only branch around crawley area

8 people in queue and one cashier open. Not sure why they got rid of all their cashier stations as there is always a queue in there these days as people don't seem to want to use self service.

Plenty of staff and although 7 people in queue and 1 cashier working. 25 minute wait to make a 3 minute transaction. Poor.
