some confusion about placing the order, which was promptly resolved over the online chat. excellent to have a dairy-free/vegan option. got a good deal. both pizzas dairy and not dairy were tasty and reheated well. great base. slightly oily so suspect the garlic topping is a flavoured oil, might skip this next time. was able to swap toppings free of charge, ideal given the obsession with onion. toppings overall were slightly on the scant side, particularly on one pizza. the vegan cheesy garlic bread was AMAZING. it's the sort of thing that you want to tell people about rather than actually share ;. prompt delivery, arrived earlier than expected. only bonus would be more detailed allergy information, for example if nut or soya oil are used in the cooking process or what's used in the bases etc. this would make ordering even more reassuring and make us more likely to reorder and recommend to others. :
Absolutely disgusting, wrong item received & what was sent wasn’t worth a Penney let alone the £20 you charged ! Your machine wasn’t working yet still aloud to order on the website and u sent something different which was disgusting ! Then to top it 1st member of staff lied and try to say it was & then the 2nd said it was in fact different which I new ##avoid ##
I've ordered from Pronta a few times over the past few years. The food is great, don't get me wrong, but it's significantly more expensive in comparison to many other takeaways in the area. That's the reason for giving it 4 stars instead of 5. However, the desserts are amazing! Trust me, get the cookies if you decide to order. I call it the Domino's of Cramlington but defiantly better pizza, perfect for a special treat but definitely not your everyday place. I can't comment on delivery directly as I've always collected my order or used Just Eat. Just Eat can be hit or miss when it comes to delivery timings, but that's no fault of Pronta
Food is really good here but when you do a Collection or even order in shop here the staff just look at you when u walk in don’t seem to ask if you ordered for about 10 mins
