I went there on Saturday 17th Dec around 8pm with my niece. My order came to £11. I gave the man a tenner and put a second tenner in my mouth time I looked to see if I had a pound coin.  Time I was looking the first man went to the kitchen. I found the pound and gave it to the second man. He asked for the rest and I said I gave the other man a tenner. The first man denied this.  I explained the situation but the first man was adamant I didn't pay him but said it doesn't matter.  I don't know if the man has memory problems or if he was trying to scam me but I won't be going there again. Shame as food was decent.

Ordered through just eat and was expected in an hour. Rang them after an hour and a half to be told it was 2 minutes away. Still didn't arrive. Rang again after 10 minutes and they pretended they couldn't hear me. Rang again to be told the food wasn't coming and to ask just eat for a refund!! £40 down and no food arrived

Brilliant... its our first time to just visit here had two pizza and chips they were  fab.  will definitely visit again. Good service and excellent food.

Ordered through Just eat and my order never arrived after 2 hours. Attempted to ring the restaurant and they don't answer the phone. Utterly unacceptable, and their staff clearly can't don't know how to run their business properly.

Late,  took over 1 hr 40 mins. First and last time i order.. no mushrooms.  Disappointed.  For £18 complete rip off. Not happy very disappointed.  Go somewhere else!

Placed order which came on time . Delivery driver lovely guy, but food was was cold. We only live 5 mins away and would of collected but got it delivered as we were celebrating a birthday.

Absolutely nothing to complain about with High Pit Pizza, friendly staff, friendly drivers, the food is outstanding & we have never had a bad meal, delivery is fast & the food piping hot! No finer pizzas available in Cramlington & the Geordie fries are to die for!

This company is rubbish over 2 hours for a pizza. Shock

Customer service was disgusting,  trying order for a kids meal and they wouldn't accommodate even tho they have in the past the "boss" who was not professional at all just wanted to get more money out of us even tho we would pay extra to accommodate the kids meal , actually can't belive they would try and get more money out of people when takeaways are a treat !!!!!!

Terrible pizza Tasted burnt Never be ordering again
