Friendly staff, takeout/dine in food amazing. Never have a bad meal and I’ve been going years. Take your own drink alcohol so very good value for money.
We've not sat in the restaurant, but we have had many takeaways over the last couple of months or so. After looking for a new takeaway we decided to try Moti Jheel, and they have yet to disappoint hopefully not. I would encourage anybody to go out of your comfort zone. Chicken Katmi, Pimento and Kartoush are very tasty all about the flavours. The chicken is always very tender. We don't go anywhere else now. The restaurant doesn't serve alcohol, but you can take your own. *****
Ordered at 5.30 for 6.30 delivery received at 7.40 cold would not feed it to the dog first and definitely the last time they must pay people for good reviews.
Got the meat and vegetable thali online between the 3 of us. More than enough and the price was great. £27. Would easily fill 4 people. First time using this place and won’t be the last
I don't recommend this restaurant at all. The food is fairly bland, the portions are small and the staff were rude. It's cheap and you can bring your own alcohol but I won't be visting again.

Ordered online for them opening at 17:00, 2 hours later we got our food, the curry was nice but the chips were dry as sticks!! If I didn't know any better I'd say they were a day old. Definatley not worth the wait.
What a shower of you know what this place is. They will take your order and payment and 2 3/4 hours, and counting, later it still has not arrived. Try phoning and it is engaged or rings out. Why people put up with this type of service in the UK is beyond me. Not even the courtesy of a phone call to update. If you cant service the orders don't take them. Avoid completely. Update - now over 4 hours and the phone constantly engaged = off the hook. A complete shambles of a place. Update - finally turned up luke warm at 10:45 pm ordered before 6 and the quality was not worth the wait. If I had not paid up front it would have gone back with the very apologetic and embarrassed delivery driver.

Food was delicious and service was very welcoming. Restaurant is intimate and has a nice atmosphere. Food very reasonably priced. Kid-friendliness: We took our 17 week old baby and they made sure there was plenty of room for the pram and gave us a suitable table.
