we went end of March. there was no heating and we were told it had been off since December. I had been dying to go as I hadn't been for a while. As the food USED to be nice! we were freezing, there were heaters, which were not safe for kids. our food came out stone cold. it used to be good quality and cheap. now it's disgusting and more expensive. I felt sorry for their staff that had to work in that environment, especially when we had -5 weather . Do not waste your money!!

You need to phone ahead if there is something on the menu u like sound off or you could be disappointed that they don't have what you want. I was gutted wanted the Yorkshire pudding wrap and they had none. They only had served 2 all day and had no left hate when you only went there for that. I had New York chicken was ok not great but paid for it so ate it. Gutted because been a few times and I tell people how it was lush. Place very messy and untidy. Waiting staff must be rushed off there feet. This time i was gutted and I think my friends were disappointed as they had never been before and I was saying how it's nice.

My daughter and son bought cocktails and there was a foreign body on the straw which was in the jug, the manager was called and instead of offering a replacement jug he tried to intimidate my daughter and rudely told my son it had nothing to do with him. He then brought one glass instead of a jug, then reluctantly brought 2 more for the others. The jug was contaminated and they would not drink it!! He was rude and spoiled the evening. Still upset by the episode. They had been before and it had been okay but never again after this.

Ordered 2 jumbo chicken meals ate 3 onion rings curry was in a gravy boat with about a cm of grease on it horrible the chicken was thin as a paper knapkin. And dried out with burnt batter complained and the lady just said sorry about that food not eat spent £26 on 3 onion rings and some chicken I ate will not recommend and will not be coming back every week like we normally do horrible.

Staff are usually friendly. The food used to be nice but its getting desperate now, the chicken is always very dry and I'm sure they think plastering on BBQ sauce will make up for it. There seems to be fewer and fewer staff each time we go in so the ones that are in there are too busy to clean etc.
