I had the pleasure of dealing with Ben Jones at Haworths, who reviewed my existing life insurance policies, and found me a much better deal. He explained the complicated jargon, and simplified the meaning of the illustrations I was given. I'll be a repeat customer when my mortgage rates expire next year!
Given my experience, I would strongly recommend NOT using this company. I had a pension fund of >£500,000 and I appointed them with a view to transferring to a private pension. In short the advice I was given was both not satisfactory and they sat on it too long, given I had 90 days to make the transfer. Due to this, they offered to pay for me to receive another TV, but with the BBR change it's likely that my TV will have gone down by several €'000's, so this goes no way towards compensating for the potential loss. Needless to say that I didn't take them up on the offer and advise anyone seeking advice on a final salary pension to look elsewhere.
Haworths Financial Services is a highly reputable, professional business established for many years. The advisor's are highly qualified individuals and I would recommend them for all your pensions, investment and mortgage advice.
I had many investments which I had taken out with my husband over the years, he had always dealt with matters and upon his passing I did not have a clue what I had or how anything worked. Haworth's were so helpful, they explained everything in plain English, I would highly recommend them.
Haworths found us a great remortgage deal and helped sort it all out with the mortgage company. Outstanding service, would highly recommend.
Being a first time buyer, it was hard knowing the process of getting a mortgage etc. Ben Jones was more than helpful in making sure we had all the info we needed and helped us get on the property ladder! Thank you!!

Contacted the company twice via email and they couldnt even be bothered to reply to me. Once to Caroline Davies and again to the enquiries at Haworths
