Went to this Asda yesterday for first time in ages. Was pleasant surprised to see that they had reopened the create your own pizza counter. £5 for 2 medium sized make your own pizzas or Less than £5 for a near enough 14 inch pizza with toppings of your choice. Add to that the £10 meal deal with 2 Large Pizzas I think the create your own is included, best to check in-store a side and a drink. It's a cheap alternative option to a dominos takeaway and in the current cost of living crisis you'd be crazy to turn away such a good deal. Deffo will be coming again.

Went to asda to buy some storage tubs. There was a set of 3 with 1 missing and the customer assistant, who was stood there eating giving off a snobby, rude personality might i say approached me only to say he cant sell them to me and just simply took them away, not even trying to assist me. Considering I NEEDED them and was fine with 2, i just required a discount as its not the full item. Ridiculous! The Asda store in Blackburn seems to have a lot of quality service which Accrington Asda lacks and needs to take note on.
Went in today for low calorie frozen ready meals there was none in the cabinet so asked an assistant who was so unhelpful he just said there in the back come back tomorrow mate sorry. I work for Iceland for 20 years and would never have spoken to a customer like that disgusting customer service.
Why are simple things like getting a bag such an ordeal here? Either there are none in sight with no staff, or staff in sight but appear to ignore you even if you call them which has happened numerous times here. Although I'm sure there are a few staff members who try their best, on the whole the customer service is appalling.
