Gone completely to the dogs since merger with RBS. NOT the fault of the hard pressed staff but of an incompetent and fundamentally flawed management system. I spent thirty five minutes waiting to Transfer money between accounts without success. It's an absolute fiasco at the moment and they have forgotten that the customer pays their wages. Why ever did we bail them out?
Very efficient service. Met with a smile. Staff member ‘Shakeel’ name badge was polite and courteous. Dealt with my query straight away. Helpful advice.
Friendly staff but the service can sometimes be slow. Opening hours not very friendly to the 9-5 worker either.
