This branch do not answer the phone been ringing from 9:15 am they finally answer then hang up i have been waiting for a card reader for over 2 weeks that has never appeared i cant set up new payees they dont ring back when you request it i am still waiting a call back from 7days ago the service here is shocking its so frustrating

Aaron Harrison, who is an advisor at this branch, is the most helpful person I've ever dealt with with my finances. I live in London but I won't discuss my finances with anyone but him because of his sheer professionalism and helpfulness. He listens to what I need and gives me the best advice he can. I've been with RBS for about 15-16 years now and at least 5 years of that is because of the service that Aaron provides, couldn't ask for better, more tailored advice.
