Having used many agents in the past in various parts of the country can honestly say this is the best service we have received. The staff communicate well keeping you updated without having to constantly contact them for updates. As our property was empty all viewings were carried out by themselves. Very impressed with this service as I know several were carried out late in the evening. Would certainly highly recommend.

From the first communication asking to view the property all the way through the completion, Chris at Profile Estate Agents was superb. I would highly recommend, no pressure implied whatsoever, extremely flexible with viewings and for a first time buyer the process was clearly explained with regular communication and updates provided all the way through. I was previously informed that buying a house in general was a tedious and annoyingly long process, but the experience provided by Chris and his team was completely different, they made it extremely easy. If you’re looking for an estate agent that considers you as a person and not just another customer then Chris would be the best choice!

Sold my house using Profiles recently. I had initially tried an online agent, but was very disappointed with their performance. Surprised at how competitive Profiles prices were and how quickly they found me a buyer. Chris and the sales team were very professional, friendly and always ready to deal with any queries. The service was first class. I would absolutely use Profiles again and would thoroughly recommend them.
