Repeatedly lied about things getting fixed before and during my tenancy. No inventory given. Failed to adhere to the tenancy agreement when I moved out in not notifying me they wished to keep some of my deposit within 10 working days. Asked for evidence of 'cleaning' needed and was told it was on a device that had broken before it could be backed up and had gone for repairs (still not produced). It's been 6 weeks since I moved out now and they are not answering my emails - still no deposit returned.

Everything was disclosed before let was agreed referencing was quick. Few unresolved issues when emailing after let agreed though.

I expressed interest in a property in Earl Shilton. Initially, I was told that it wasn't on the market. On explaining that I had just seen it on Rightmove, the member of staff told me that it was available. I proposed to paying 6 months up front to expedite the referencing process. The member of staff dealing with this, Joe, failed to call me back on at least 2 occasions. In the end I got fed up chasing them.
