I recently used Nick’s services when I needed a new tenant for my rental property. I was surprised how easy and hassle free the whole process was. I literally just had to leave it all to Nick, who completed everything start to finish. The communication from Nick has been fantastic and he kept me informed every step of the way. My property was let out so quickly, that there wasn’t even the need to put my house onto rightmove. Within days Nick had done viewings on the house for me, and found tenants who moved in just a few days later. Nick even managed to rent my house out for a further £75 a month than what my previous agent had recommended! I am really impressed with the fantastic service, and how quick and efficient Nick has been. I am one very happy Landlady!

We have sold our house stc in just over 4 weeks on the market. But it's not just for selling our house as to why I would have no qualms in recommending Hope Estates. At every opportunity they have gone over and above to help and reassure us, particularly after Brexit created a lot of uncertainty. I think it's fair to say I've been a bit stressed about the process at times but nothing ever seemed too much bother and they were always willing to help and reassure. Attended the viewing for you, called when they said they would, provided feedback quickly. If you're looking for an estate agent who provides the personal service then look no further.

Nick is the expert on financing properties – including buy-to-let. A house recently came on the market, which holds a lot of sentimental memories for me. I therefore started looking at that house as a potential buy-to-let investment. Never having had any interest in buy-to-let investments, I knew that I needed to ask Nick for help! Nick explained the whole process of buy-to-let financing very clearly and made it really easy for me to understand the different options. He allowed me to see the whole process of how he surveys the market and he explained how he narrowed down the alternatives – with the advantages and disadvantages of each one. Nick made everything really easy for a total newcomer like me to understand. For help on property financing – just ask Nick!

We went to Hope Estates as our first choice, and it turned out to be the right choice. Nick and Marine at Hope Estates displayed ultimate professionalism in dealing with our property which resulted in a sale. They gave us hope and that's all we needed. Many thanks.
