I've done over £500 shopping within a week at this Wembley store and the store in Tottenham Court Road combined! Their products so far have been amazing. This Wembley store is a lot better due to their care-handling, knowledge of products and deals. Customer service was great from Ibrahim in store, and another over the phone, and they provided me with a 20% discount which saved me just under £100. I love my products and can't wait to put them all in use.
I love browsing in cook shops and here is no exception. Friendly staff and lots of pans, knives and gadgets to look at and buy here. Great shop.
We visited Pro Cook on Monday to buy a gift for my chef [ 20 expensive Japanese knives] but the working gentleman looked at me with a DIRTY LOOK. He looked grumpy and not happy to serve me, ignoring my requests. I advise the company to have good salesmen in the future. Very poor service.

Such an unbelievably friendly place. The staff member was so knowledgeable and did everything she could to get us best value for money.
I recently moved and needed to get all new kitchen equipment. I found most of what I needed at ProCook. The staff were really knowledgeable and helped me get the best deal. Now I'm home with the gear and really happy with the quality.

Beware! Cast Iron became extremely rusty in first use! Bad customer service! I didn't want to buy a Cast Iron dish of low quality and this seemed to be a good one. But just when using it for the first time it became covered with heavy rust. I got a replacement, took it from the box, and following the instructions carefully I gently washed it, oiled it and started cooking. When opening the lid I found it again cover with rust. Trying to communicate with the manufacturer's customer service - they refused to take responsibility and said that I used it wrongly. No product, cheap quality as it will be, is not supposed to have rust all over in first use!!!
They have a very good collection. And the staff are very polite and knowledgeable. But, I don't believe their warranty or guarantee policy. You are supposed to keep a paper receipt for all the 25 years guarantee that they promise. I mean a receipt that will fade away in a couple of months. Asked for an email receipt, but didn't get any. I can see in the older comments that there were faulty products delivered before. You just hope you get a better product. Chatted to a customer care executive online, who was impolite and rude. So much for the post sales service.
