After my parents' persistent recommendations, I finally visited this place where they've been regulars for years. Usually, I prefer ordering online for convenience, but this time I explored the store. Initially, I noticed a mix of prices, and some products seemed overpriced, particularly the plates. However, upon further exploration, I found better deals and more reasonable prices. Overall, I had a positive experience.
Big utensils collections. Amazing store with everything you need in kitchen appliances like mixer grinder, rice cooker, chopper plus pressure cooker, pans, plates, utensils and cutlery. They also have most of pooja samagri and brass items pital utensils like diya, samai, dhoop aarti etc. Cooperative staff and quick service. Mostly crowded on weekends and evenings.
Bought Garbo yesterday on 14/10/2023 from the shop. I was assured that it is been quality checked as it is very suspicious thing for Navratri festival. Today I found it is cracked and as seen from the pictures that it is not damaged during travel.nReally disappointed with the service on this sort of product.
The location is good. The service is good. Excellent collection for puja. The price is extremely high. The fragile packaging is available. I recommend the shop for all puja.
My wife bought a electric blender from this store, the Plastic lid did not open and was not of good quality, when I took it back for a refund a few days later, they caused a big scene, saying we should have checked it before we bought it. NEVER AGAIN, THEY DO NOT HAVEGOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.TOO BIG HEADED
