Poor service and bad attitude. We just picked one bowl on sale and noticed that there were man-made scratches. A female staff was very impatient and asked us to buy the original price if we wanted good quality. So I guess outlet shop means ‘bad quality’ for Denby? I feel so sorry about this shop and also regret myself as a loyal customer for this brand.
If you are a fan of this brand of pottery then you will be able to snag all you need for a reduced price. The deals here represent good value.
I would like to make a complaint about a very bad experience I had at your Denby store located at Wembley Designer shopping Village on Tuesday 10th August 2021. I visited the store to purchase a full Denby set for my new home. There was one other customer in the store at the time,  who was being assisted by one of the 2 store clerks. Once that customer left myself and friend were not greeted or asked if we required any assistance. The 2 store clerks spoke among themselves and when we finally asked for assistance it's as if we were disturbing their conversation. We wanted to know a bit more about 2 particular designs. We were told that we need to go through the full range and find the matching sets and "many customers sit on the shop floor and go through to find a match". We were spoken to abruptly and as if we were more of an inconvenience than anything else. We spent over an hour going through the complete sets to find matches. Another customer came into the store and was quickly assisted. I was wondering if the store members were being selective with whome they offered good customer service. I really hope you have a camera in that store to see exactly what I am talking about.. It will be very evident.. There were 5 heavy bags after we finished. No assistance to the car park behind the store was offered. Plus we purchased other large items from other stores and the assistant could clearly see the way we were struggling. We asked how other customers usually manage and was told "They cope". As we were leaving the store I still said " Thank you. Bye" because I am not a confrontational person and I know sometimes people may be having a particularly terrible day.  Not a word was said back. So I was quite shocked at this level of rudeness. The store clerk definitely heard. I turned around and said it again & she very reluctantly said Thank you back. The Older of the 2 ladies was the particularly rude member of staff. I cannot believe the level of rudeness I experienced.
Really poor service from one of your employees. Cashier did not have name packaged bowls poorly. Came home and 1 was chipped. Bought it back and a different cashier started arguing about how things never chip and that she was disappointed that I bought it back. Even after accepting liability she still argued with me... in front of other paying customers. Poor customer service training and argumentative.
Staff has the worst service mind that I’ve ever seen. She looked down on the customer and get annoyed over just a simple question. Never going to buy anything from here again.Such a disappointment.
Good product range at outlet prices. If your purchase is more than £50 they can dilver the order to your house for free which was great as I didn't want to lug around a dinner set while shopping.
Ordered seconds plates online. These were majorly flawed and not the minor imperfections they lead you to believe. At only 30% discount they were a rip off. Customer service was a standard “we don’t care” type of reply
Visited the store on Sunday and impressed the lovely collection of the product on sale as well as excellent service and friendly staff. Thank you guys!!!!
Nice shop but really expensive, yet it's supposed to be a discount outlet. Even the Denby website is cheaper.
Better not expect Outlet prices across the entire range of products as that is not the case, but you will find great ideas & designs of kitchenware.
