Great attention from the staff, thanks Akhil! I ended up buying a pillow with cooling technology that I didn't know existed and I am very happy for that. The mattress we chose is perfect is exactly what we needed and for a price that makes a lot of sense. The extended cover for the mattresses gives 8 years of coverage for a very reasonable price, so we got that too. We've been twice to the store and every time the staff is polite and never invasive.
I purchased a bed frame on the 20/09/23 and still waiting for it. When I’m calling the store they always promise that they will resolve my issue and they will call me back very soon, but they keep lying all the time. On the paper work they say that they are delivering between 6-8 weeks….Now I’m asking you, how many weeks I still need to wait? I do not recommend the Dream store in Wembley to anyone!!!!
Very top quality and the people were very nice, they give me big discount, and I’m very happy with everything, highly Recommended
As we arrived we was happy on this main road to be offed parking infront of the shop. We was greeted my a very helpful and friendly gentleman called Jack. He went over all the different ranges whilst he offered us refreshments and even through in some extras on top of our purchase. Can’t wait for our new double bed to be delivered. I have wonderful visit on dreams store in wembley and what I was looking for I get in my budget
Over all I had great experience today, the store manager named Jack was very insightful, attentive and made the whole ordeal of shopping for beds fun. I can't say enough about my experience today, if I had the option to give me 10stars I would. Keep it up guys.
