Story

Welcome to Pritchard Motor Services in Gloucester. We are a local, independent Bosch Car Service Centre, serving Gloucester and the surrounding area. As an independent garage we can offer all the skills and services found in a franchised garage but without the restrictions and inflated prices. The services we offer consist of car servicing, repairs, mots, engine diagnostics, air - conditioning, brakes, exhausts and much more. For prolonged repairs, or for your convenience, we have a choice of courtesy cars for which there is no charge.

Being a family run business we take a personal dedicated approach to all of our customers, whilst maintaining professionalism in our work. All Servicing and repairs are carried out to the Industry set standard. To help us achieve this high level of service we are subscribed to the Bosch Car Service Code of Practice for Service and Repair; this commits garages to an open, transparent and fair method of business, aiming to maintain consistently high standards across the industry.

Here at Pritchard Motor Services we appreciate how difficult it can be shopping for a new car. We would often get asked the question by our customers ' I'm looking to change my car but don't know where to go!? Can you recommend somewhere we can trust & not get ripped off? '. Trusting the garage you buy your car from is very important, which is why in 2007 we began to offer a car locator service to our customers. They would tell us what they want & give us a price range and we would then locate the car for them. For our customers, buying a new car which could be thoroughly checked over by us before handing over any money proved very popular. Now we keep a stock of 15-20 cars from £1000 upwards as well as still offering the locator service.
