This garage is ok for fixing scratches on cheap cars. Don't give your expensive classic to Jan! His business model is getting expensive classic cars into his workshop and then blackmailing the owners into paying extortionate rates for shoddy work that nearly always has to be put right at a proper restoration company. The horrors stories I have heard about the garage. Don't give them an expensive car! They are ok for fixing scratches on a mondeo which are only DIY jobs.

Went to this company and met the owner Yan who is extremely polite. After discussing with him that I needed a totally invisible repair to the damage to my blue Mercedes bumper and back wing, he smiled and said that a perfect job would not be a problem. He gave me a quote which I thought was very high but he instilled such great faith in his workmanship, I let him carry out the work. When I went to pick the car up, finished on time and on budget, I was absolutely astounded at how good the repair, spraying and the matching of the colour was with the finish far outweighing the factory finish. I am 52 years of age and I have owned many special cars and had lots and lots of bodywork and spraying done in the past. Without doubt this is the best work that I have ever had done. Many thanks to Yan and his team.

SUCCESS !!!!!A well known body shop quoted £850 to fix my drivers door after a pony put a dent in it. POLITE Auto Body Shop Morelands Trading Estate repaired the door + minor dents/scratches to both rear wings and rear bumper panel. Re sprayed all 4 panels. Quoted £460 . Yes there was a problem with the paint colour match but they honoured their quote and re sprayed again with a perfect match & gave me £10 as a good will gesture for the inconvenience. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM

I used this company for the Bodywork Repair and Spraying of my Triumph TR4A. Although the final result was acceptable the cost was extremely high at over double that which I had originally estimated for. The job took 2 months longer than it should have done, and I constantly had to chase them for progress. Total hours charged estimated were at least 25% over what it should have taken, and I had a real problem reviewing their job cards because they are in Polish. After extensive audit of the work I found numerous errors which ended in a very protracted disagreement with the company. In the end I paid a marginally reduced final bill but was left me feeling cheated. I agreed a low hourly rate £20+ Vat paid on a weekly basis with an agreed process of review and acceptance. From my experience my advice to anyone thinking of using their services would be as follows: Agree exactly in writing what is required, and the limits of the job and the quality of work required Agree daily/weekly reports in English detailing what has been done materials used and photographic evidence, ensure that all photos are date stamped Agree a total limit of cost at the start and agree review points on progress for major milestones Agree a time for the work Ask for weekly invoices inc. VAT and retain a min of 20% until the end of the job Ensure that regular visits are conducted (at least weekly) if possible use an expert to ensure that the work carried out was as required and the time taken was reasonable Supply your own spares, parts etc. in advance or to meet the agreed schedule Stop if you are not happy and remove your car Otherwise the company will carry out unnecessary work, claim excessive hours, and leave you with a larger bill than planned and lots of hassle !!! Please be aware I subsequently found out that I am one of many who have a similar experience which is not unusual for this company.
