Staff were awful in the upper level. The clubs own beer pong table collapsed immediately and spilled x20 WKDs over the floor. Not only did the staff not attempt to clean the spill causing a slipping hazard and danger to the public, they also refused to compensate the lost product which had been wasted due to their own negligence for not maintaining their equipment. I find this response to be completely unacceptable for a paying customer and not only dangerous for all persons in the vicinity but disrespectful and rude which should never be the case in a customer. I would not recommend going to this venue due to the terrible treatment of paying customers.
