I joined this GP practice a few months ago after relocating to Poyton. I have had to interact with admin & clinical staff. So far, the staff have been respectful, useful, nothing short of professional; and contacted me back when they said they would. I work so it was important to me to have appointments around it. The availability of appointments is well considered call vs face to face; as early as 0745. I understand the pressures that the NHS is under, yet I still felt treated as an individual bu the team.
Background - I’d had a productive cough for a week and had taken cough medicine from the chemist with no real effect.nWhen I went back to the chemist for more cough medicine, he advised me to get a doctor to listen to my chest in case I needed antibiotics or steroids. Issue was that I’m going on long haul holiday next day.nCan’t praise Priorslegh enough, receptionist was understanding, said she would try to fit me in later in the day. I didn’t hold out much hope knowing how busy they are. She text me later with appointment, doctor examined me and advised me what to do.nCan’t ask for better care than that.
Crazy impossible to get an appointment, you need to plan well in advance if you are going to be ill. some really good staff such as Sarah and Evie, but some you are dismissive, rude and lack any empathy
Worst GP I’ve ever been to and the most useless place ever experienced and I’ve been to many medical centres. If I could go on about what’s gone on there and how wrong it is and how Dr Morelli threw his dummy out the pram and did something messed up I would go in to lengthy detail. I’m surprised he is even a GP.nPlease DO NOT use this place. You will get nowhere for months no matter if yo attend the practice 3 times a week for months. Don’t waste your time. If I could give it a zero star I would. This is all I’m saying for now as I don’t want to waste my energy on it.
Excellent service from this practice. Reception staff all very helpful and cannot do enough for you. Dr Burnett is brilliant doctor. He always makes time to listen and explain thoroughly. Cannot rate this practice highly enough
