I cannot praise doctor abbass enough.
I went to see him with acute tonsiltus I was in a bad way.
His compassion towards me his kindness I was unwell I was crying he sat he listened to me nothing is to much trouble for him.
He gave me a follow up appointment the next day to check on me.
The surgery on a whole (aside from struggling to get through) is lovely.

While I'm out I can't get hold of the practice by mobile so while I have a landline at home I never get the chance to call because of work. I am currently in distress with being unable to contact my doctors.
Usually when I do make an appt and go to see them, the staff are kind, caring, compassionate and so very polite, I can't fault the staff but calling via mobile is a challenge.

Whenever you try to call them , the number is always busy. 
I had an appointment with the nurse to take blood sample and she didn't had a clue what she was doing so I had to re-book it. Also to make an appointment with GP it takes up to 3/4 weeks.

Caring and compassionate team. Long serving GP's so they know their patients. Better than my last 2 doctors anyway.
