Great park. Young kids area, lake, children's area, large open spaces, duck's & swans, nice restaurant. 30 seconds from the beach, on road parking most of the time. Downside, a very very small number of dog owners don't pick up.

Great place to take dogs for a walk and there is a pond with wildlife. Also around may there is John Walls funfair that comes down 1.50 a ride and little later in the year there is another funfair. There is also a cafe and public toilets

Lovely park.. great for taking kids, just having a stroll around pond, going for a jog or taking the dog.. Boathouse for cuppa nice.

Such a pity that vast car park area in front of cafe is not allowed to be used by anyone. But cafe is still well-used regardless. Nice place to head for when out for a walk along sea-front.

Really swish place, had breakfast and took our giant schnauzer,(dog friendly restaurant!) lovely view of the lake and great service, will be returning soon.
