Very welcome and family friendly with a nice fishing lake and a play park it has a very nice swimming pool with a cave effect the staff are very friendly and happy to help hastings is a ten minute drive away (but you couldn't tell!) The accommodation us nice with some caravans looking out on to the lake.

Please think very carefully before buying a holiday home here. Read the rule book before committing and be prepared to obey all the rules - don't listen to sales staff who tell you they are just there to ensure standards but, "as long as you keep your plot tidy, you can do what you want, within reason". This is a lie! Think about your long term plans- if circumstances change and you need to leave, don't think you can automatically sell back to the park. Many people have lost 80 - 90% of what they paid within a very short time of buying. Others have been offered nothing. They make selling privately very difficult and will increase the new buyers site fees by £500 per year, and then try to poach your buyer! Owners have been left over committed financially and with no escape. Please PLEASE be careful.

We thought that the caravans are to close to each other. Giving very little privacy. But will definitely look again in the future

Nice quiet park.. Lovely for the kids.. Play areas.. Swimming pool arcade and a good fishing lake

Really good place to stay. Nice friendly staff good choice of places to stay. Swimming pool on site as well as a club house. Very close to hastings town so pleanty of things to do...there is even a lake
