Wow what a pub. I took my team on a information day and we booked lunch for 40 people at the pub. The food was amazing, lovely and hot, great quality and zero fuss. Staff couldn't do enough for us and it was exceptionally good value. If im out that way again I will definitely make a detour!
Good friendly pub not been there for many years. We had a warm welcome by friendly staff and dogs were welcomed too. Food was fresh and tasty. Menu was varied something for everyone's taste. Will certainly be going back.Service: 4/5
Met my son here to break journey and had car trouble. The lovely ladies told me where nearest garage was and were very friendly. Food good and lovely atmosphere. Locals really nice too. Would definitely visit again.
Just had a very decent refurb. What a lucky find. Highly recommended. Very near Bristol Airport or Barley Wood local wedding venue Great food. The Guvnor red wine was an excellent recommendation with a perfectly cooked steak. Gourmet burger looked really good too. Quiet smart stylish room. Great shower. Classy feel. Wish it every success.
Check in, the member of staff could have been or just even looked interested in doing this. Food and drink was nice in the pub, had small double room, and it was a SMALL double. Instructions to open windows when taking a shower, only problem was they wouldn't stay open. Hotels right on the flight path, made a bit of noise, but nothing too drastic. Pub was dog friendly, good of you are looking for this.
Nice experience. Room is well presented, shower is brilliant, very comfy bed and friendly staff. Great feature having the pub for food and drinks. The only but I'd the aeroplanes above, as expected
Based on recommendations, we held a post funeral tea at the Prince of Waterloo in Winford and we were not disappointed. The buffett was excellent and the staff were very friendly. We would certainly recommend to others.
Popped in for meal after flight back to UK Lovely layout and decor inside. Really tasty food and with great service. Would definitely recommend. Food & drinks: Ham was packed with flavour and chips were crispy outside with really fluffy inner
Covered seating, a playground for the little ones and an very good Sunday Lunch offering. We came here a week ago for Sunday Lunch and will definitely go back. An old coach house with an impressive history and a couple of nice bedrooms. Perfect if flying from Bristol Airport. Inside is as you'd expect and full of character. I look forward to going back when the log fires are all fired up.
Beautiful, 16th century pub that caters well for kids - play area in the garden and low-flying planes from the airport overhead! Decent Sunday lunch although the potatoes could have been crispier, on the pricier side but they use local suppliers and it's well worth it.
